Customer service is exceptional. answered any and all questions i had within an hour. better than any US distributor i've dealt with. Shipping isn't the fastest but just be patient its worth the wait. it will get to you. 17 days for me from the day it was given to the shipping company to the United States. Ive owned multiple crye jpc's and can say with certainty this is on par with crye easily.
