Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international package).

Basic Requirement
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at services@shekkingears.com. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept returns for the items you have received for over 30 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will only accept your refund or reshipping request under the following circumstances:
Request a partial or full refund before the order is shipped.
We receive your return, and the condition of the products does not affect our ability to continue selling them.
You have purchased package protection. If the packages are stolen, damaged, or lost during shipping, we will refund or reship the losses covered by package protection.
Refunds method If approved, you’ll be refunded using your original payment method within two business days. Please remember that it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Note: If we inform you that your refund has been made and you do not receive a refund after the standard refund time, don't hesitate to contact your bank or credit card company.
About expense
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Transport damage
If we receive your returned product and find that the goods are damaged in transportation or other damage, and you are not insured, part of the loss will be deducted from your payment according to the degree of loss, otherwise, we have the right to reject it. Therefore, please be sure to check the zero before returning the product. Whether the parts are complete and whether there is any loss, please ensure before returning the goods, and we will contact you in time if there is any problem.
