Shekkin Gears ships to 42 countries/regions around the world. We choosed reliable shipping supplier to ensure that your orders arrive to the destination safely, economically and on time. We are shipping from China.
It depends on what you order and where you are. Orders preparation will normally take 4-10 business days. Customized products may take longer. Worldwide deliveries will normally take 7-14 days.
A track and trace number will be provided in a notification email once your order is ready to ship. You can use the trace number to track the delivery progress in "TRACK ORDERS" page of shekkingears.com.
We offer worldwide free shipping for any order which has a sub total over $120.
For a certain product that you may concern about, we provide an "Estimating Shipping" widget in every product details page. You can get an accurate shipping rate of the destination you enter.
A notification email with shipping track code will be sent to once your order is ready for delivery.
You can use the track code to trace the shipping status on "TRACK ORDERS" page of shekkingears.com.
We offer a package protection purchase option at checkout. If you purchased full insurance and provide proof of the package being lost, we can issue a refund or reship the package. If you did not purchase protection, we are not responsible for lost packages.
Package protection covers loss or damage during transit due to factors like carrier mishandling, theft, or accidents.
Please note that our package protection does not cover package losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, nor does it cover losses that occur during the return process to the carrier’s warehouse due to such errors. Additionally, if you claim the package was lost but the tracking information indicates it was successfully delivered, we would require an official proof of loss document from the carrier to process any insurance claim. Without this documentation, the package protection will not cover the loss.

The orders of vests and pouches will normally be ready in 4-10 business days. The personalized product probably requires longer. The accessories normally take less than 3 days to be ready.
