Verification
We will send you a confirmation email once your order is verified. In principle, orders will not be canceled during this period after verification, considering the handling process has already started. Still, we will communicate with you via email or phone to find a good solution.
Processing
All orders are processed within ten business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekdays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. Shipping to your destination typically takes 10-25 days.
Shipping charges for your order will also be calculated based on the weight of the goods and your shipping address, which will be displayed at checkout. We provide free worldwide shipping for orders over $150. We give an "Estimating Shipping" widget on every product details page for a particular product you may be concerned about. You can get an accurate shipping rate for the destination you enter.
Tax may also be charged according to the price of goods and policy of the region/country shown in your shipping address, which will be displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing tracking numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order(s) with the tracking number on the "TRACK ORDERS" page.
Regarding lost, stolen, or damaged packages:
We will only compensate orders with package protection if the package is stolen, lost, or damaged during shipping.
