VAT is included with the shipping rate for the order which goes to the EU.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept returns for the items that you have received for more than 30 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Note: if we inform you that your refund has been made and you do not receive a refund after the normal refund time, please contact your bank or credit card company.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be paid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
If we receive your returned product and find that the goods are damaged in transportation or other damage, and you are not insured, part of the loss will be deducted from your payment according to the degree of loss, otherwise, we have the right to reject it. Therefore, please be sure to check the zero before returning the product. Whether the parts are complete, and whether there is any loss, please ensure before returning the goods, we will contact you in time if there is any problem.
